Tajuk tu cam prejudis jer kan? Aku adalah salah seorang manusia yang bekerja di company milik orang cina. Entahlah. Kadang2 rasa dianak tirikan. Tak happy. Diorang cam prejudis ngn melayu or islam. Kalo tak happy cane nak keje? Dapat gaji tapi disebalik tu mengeluh2. Kutuk bos. Dapat dosa jer.
Aku ni keje company consultant. Sebagai draftman cum pembantu teknik. Company lama serba serbi ok. Sampai la 1 masa aku gunakan salah satu ruang dalam bilik (conference room) sebab jarang digunakan sebagai tempat aku solat zohor. Dlm 2 bulan jugaklah rasenye aku solat tghr kat situ sejak opis pindah so rumah sewa aku pon dah jauh. Bos tegur. Bos aku ni org kuat kristian. Katenye dia ada dinasihatkan oleh paderi dia supaya tak benarkan kami solat dlm opis dia dah. Kononnye taknak banyak tuhan dlm opis dia. DASAR! Tuhan ade dlm hati kami lah. We kol that Beriman kepada Allah. Nangis aku pastu. Ditanahair sendiri pon rase asing. Wawawaaaaa. After that aku solat tghr kat umah. Berulang alik naik motor di tgh2 panas terik. amse tu aku keje kat Ipoh. Takpe2. Aku sabar. Smpai lah aku pindah KL coz mase tu nak kawin.
Company ke2 ni pon milik orang cina. Segala2nya ok. Memule tu aku dapat rumah sewa dekat ngn opis. Macam biasa aku balik tghr tapau nasik dan solat zohor dirumah. Since aku dah pindah umah sendiri dalam 3 bulan kebelakangn ni aku gunakan salah satu ruang dlm bilik kat opis tu untuk solat. Aku kunci pintu taknak org tengok tapi bos bukak pintu tu pakai kunci yg dia simpan. Konon2 nk cr file tapi aku tau dia nak check aku buat ape dlm bilik tu. Aku tersinggung. Pintu tu asalnye tak kunci. Adalah dalam 2 minggu aku solat kat opis diorang entah ape angin tah kunci pintu bilik tu so aku dah takleh masuk. Rase nak nangis jer. Apelah malapetaka nye kalo aku solat dlm opis tu? Ish. Takde smgt 1 Malaysia lgsung. Kalo nak hire muslim bekerja sediakan la keperluan untuk oragn muslim. Aku cume nak rasa selesa bekerja. Dpt solat ketika zohor dan asar supaya tak tergesa2 balik umah. Yerlah abis keje kul 6. Kadang jem dah sampai kul 7 kerumah. Tak nyempat2 terus bang maghrib. Dahlah tinggal aku sorang jer melayu dlm opis tu. Admin selalu bertukar2 orgnye. Semua nye tak tahan ngn bini bos ku yg cerewet. Kemana2 pon sorang jer. Lunch pon sorang. Solution nyer aku pergi surau berdekatan. Takla dekat sangt. Naik tangga lalu kawasan perumahn then sampai la.
Antara lain bab cuti yg ku tak puas hati. Diorang tak puas hati Malaysia ni banyak cuti. Skang ni siap nak curik2 lagi cuti kitorang. Alasan nye ade akta yang kata company leh tak amik cuti pada public holiday. Cuti awal muharram, raya haji dan Thaipusam dah tak cuti. Dulu boleh jer asal tahun ni banyak lak cengkadak. Kede. Dahla pekerja cuma 2 orang kadang2 3 atau 4. Tupun nak berkira. Geleng kepala aku. Motip tak cuti? Ce cite? Projek dah ler tak banyak masuk so tak bz. Kalo company consultant time cuti mane de orang kol. Malu tau pergi keje ketika org cuti (Dulu thaipusam kami tak cuti). Bukan nye bengkel keta pon. Huh. tu hari masa PM umumkan cuti umum pd 31 dec 2010 ekoran kemenangan Malaysia lawan Indonesia ngn agregat 4-2 tu. Diorang persoal kenapa tak dtg keje pada hari jumaat tu. Haha. Aku ngn sorang lagi staff cina (engineer) taktau nak jawab per coz kami yang berpakat tak mai keje without asking them earlier cuti ker tak. Jawab Najib bagi cuti jerlah. Haha. Dia kate company tak amik cuti pada hari tersebut. Huh. AdeA.K.
Yang lain2 tu biasalah. Cakap cina ngn sesame diorang. So ape motip aku disitu? Cakap english aku paham ler jugak. Nie aku tercium2 bau diorang kutuk melayu. Yang bini bos asyik jer ulang2. Orang melayu ni pon pendatang jugak yang original orang asli jer. Pertikai orang cina takleh jadi PM. Barrack Obama orng kulit hitam dah jadi PM. Haiya mem....Kite ni aman sebab tok nenek moyang kite dulu dah setuju kontrak sosial dan keistimewaan orang melayu. Kalo semua bangsa nak tuntut hak yang sama abislah. Ingat 13 mei? kenapa terjadi? Aku ni cume orang kecik jer. Heh. penin aku ngn masalah negara nie sampai cicit pon tak abis. Diam sudah. Kan dah kayes tanah rumah keta dah banyak. Orang cina conquer ekonomi negara kan? Ape sangatlah jd PM kan.
Kalo bab fussy aku tak kesah. Budaya kerja yg bagus. Tapi terlalu fussy sampai mendesak2. Jadi mangsa desak2 org gomen tanya bila boleh amik pelan lulus. tau sajelah Gomen nie. 1 orang handle 1 perkara. Pas sana pas sini fon kol. Lembab. Tak efisien. Aku rase org gomen yg agkat fon aku pon dah naik fobia kalo dgr name company aku. Wakakakaka
Letih...Tak semangat keje...Tak happy. Ape motip aku disini lagi....Ku tak tahu sampai bila aku akan bertahan. Kang kuar kandang rimau masuk pulak mulut buaya. Tu sebab la kan Orang melayu nak keje ngn kerajaan coz environment yang selesa. Walaupon gaji sikit tapi hati senang. Gaji gomen ni sedang2 jerla. Coz ade swasta yg gaji minimum nye sangat tak masuk akal dan ade yg sangat banyak. Bergantung ar pd company kan. Aku? kalo dapat kerja kerajaan best jugak. Atau keje swasta bumiputra company besar... syukur alhamdulillah kalo dapat. Tingin nak ade hari keluarga yg dianjurkan company, jamuan raya, party, dan cabaran yang lebih besar pada kerjaya aku.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has identified the fastest-growing occupations and career groups that are predicted to enjoy the largest numerical increases in personnel through 2016, and has ranked them by the amount of education necessary to enter the profession. Health care, education, and technology employers should continue to offer the most promising projections in total numbers in hiring, especially since the key roles cannot be outsourced and Americans will need their services and expertise despite the ups and downs in the economy.
Let's examine the top-growing fields by sector and educational requirements.
Health care Keeps Going Strong
The health care sector should remain one of the sturdiest fields through the decade, with needs for:
Personal and Home Health care Aids: Associate's degree. The second-fastest growing professional field in all careers will be for home health aids, members of a service occupation predicted to grow by an astounding 50 percent through 2007. Online associate's degree programs can provide training for the field.
Dental Hygienists: Associate's degree. Some Americans without insurance seek dental work abroad. Most, however, do not have their tooth and gum care outsourced. Jobs for hygienists are predicted to grow by 30 percent through 2016.
